Help! I signed up for the service for a 2-year contract which has now finished. Upon calling to cancel, not only does the agent Denver from collections blatantly refuse to share his e-mail address and surname, he sends me pillar to post saying that the billings department is no longer operational and the offices have moved. What nonsense is this?!
