ON AIR TV ****

A lady from On Air called me a month or two back and said she was from a Dstv Subsidiary company. She was marketing explorer decoders. At the moment I had two decoders and I was paying R294 for both per month. She indicated with the 2 explorer upgrade, I will pay R320 for 24 months, meaning that my monthly Dstv amount will move from R294 to R320 for 24 months and then it will move back to R294 after the 24 months period. Few days ago, a gentleman from On Air called to remind me that the debit order will go off on the 5th of May. I indicated to him that I have already paid manually for my Dstv subscription to which he responded that the On Air debit is separate from the Dstv subscription. When l indicated to him what the lady who sold the decoders to me said, he just said he will request the recording and hung up. Yesterday the debit order went off. I feel that I have been **** to by the sales lady as I repeatedly asked whether this will separate amounts and she confirmed that it will be single amount of R320 which will also include my Dstv subscription.
