On Air TV ******s

So I have complained about the service of On Air TV and today they send my wife a final demand payment yet since the calls i made on numerous occasions to get in contact with these people with no luck they are quick to send what's app massagex and sms but when you try calling them all you get is being put on hold and holding on for hours with no luck sorry to say but they are a bunch off ****** as their consultants don't explaine the full terms and conditions and they never xposak about a cancelation fee... so I will make sure no one I know ever uses this On Air TV service...
