ON Air Tv - Robbing me and Double Debiting

I emailed them to let them know i was changing bank accounts, nothing came off that month. The next month my bank emailed them advising them to please debit the monthly R139 off my new account .. nothing 3 months later they finally debit but send threatening sms to hand me over. When i do finally get hold of them they say the arrear amount of R291 needs to be paid into their bank account but the monthly R139 had been debited for Aug and Sept. I went to the bank and paid the R291 as requested and sent them the proof of payment to the email address provided. The next day i see i have been debited the R139 and the R278. I have emailed and called numerous occassions and even filled in countless online customer service forms for them to get back to me . Not a single word or response, i have had it!!! That is ******* and they are not allowed to do that i want an explanation immediately and my money back otherwise i am cancelling my debit with them with immediate effect.
