ON Air TV Ripp offs..

I was contacted last year April by On Air Tv, they offered me a PVR decoder 2 for the price of 1 and the will only deduct 1 premium every month. I told the agent that I am not interested, he informed me that the decoder I am using is outdated and they will be deducted for 24 months, after much persuasion I agreed. I later found out that I have been double debited for a both Decoders from May last year twice. After much frustration I contact head office and told them about there ********* behavior. They told me that they will listen to the recording and will get back to me within 24 hours. A lady by the name of Sibongile got back to me and she said that the listened to the recording and that the agent was wrong and he has provided me with incorrect information. OnTV will contact RAM delivery service to come and collect the Decoder and they will refund my money back. I am still waiting. I am even cancelling my Multi-choice account because the choose to do business with a company that has no integrity.
