On air tv really sucks and don't deliver!!!!!!

Most pathetic company to deal with , they have a automated mail response service but nothing is actually followed up. I want to settle account and part ways but even this is impossible with this company. Please public do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS ITS ALL EMPTY PROMISES .
