On Air TV query

I would like report a complaint with regards to On air, one of their consultants called us to offer exploration package for R320 a month but they mislead us by not telling us that we still have to pay multi choice at the same time they said R320 was the only amount we have to pay. My mom is a pensioner and unemployed so she can't afford to to pay both, I have sent them two emails already asking them to cancelled cause its only been a month and on their website they said you can cancell after a month we haven't heard from them, can you please intervene for us. My mothers name is Baitseng, Violet Lephatswe, I can't give her I'd no, but her DSTV account is 801 516 53. Your urgent help will be highly appreciated.
