On Air TV #pathetic services..

I am truly disappointed by On Air Tv. The service, false responses, poor Technical feedback and lack of even trying to support their customers. It has been 3 weeks now without any services. You cannot get any worse than this. Yet you will bill me at the end of the month and take MY money but cannot even bother to resolve my Technical issues. Pathetic!
