On Air TV no decoder delivered

<p>OnAir Tv sales called regarding a promotion they running for Explorer decoders with DSTV. On tge 29th June i was advised the decoders where on the wy with Ram courier services. Its been 3 weeks i called this morning at 10am spoke to Christina to make a follow up as to y the decoders are taking long, she adviced their systems are offline i cant get asdistance i should call back later. I asked if i can leave my details she said they do outgoing calls. What type of customer service are they offerring if they harrase us for purchasing the service yet they cant render customer service. Just wondering the decoders will even work, my bank account has been debited yet im not receiving any service. </p>
