On Air TV nightmare

OnAir TV sold me an Explora contract with the promise that I will only pay R169 and the R399 that I'm paying DStv will fall off for a period of 24 months. I thought wow what a good deal. As it is now I'm paying both OnAir TV and DStv R169 and R399 respectively. I asked them that I want the to listen to the call recordings so I can remind them what we agreed on with their consultant. Nothing to this day. I put it to them that they are ******** using false advertising to get clients.
