"On Air TV – Misleading Sales, False Promises, and Unfair Fees!"

If it were possible, I would have given them zero stars. On Air TV misled us from the start by trying to force a DStv Streamer on my parents. I personally spoke to the salesperson and asked clearly whether my parents would be able to stream the channels they wanted. The answer was yes.

When the device arrived, my parents were told to install and activate it themselves. After installation, we discovered that the device cannot do what they promised. Within the cooling-off period, as allowed by the contract, I requested that they collect the device and cancel the contract. Their response? That we would need to pay a cancellation fee and collection fee.

This is unacceptable and feels like a ****. To make matters worse, they refuse to send me the recording of my conversation with their salesperson, which would clearly show what was promised.

I will not recommend On Air TV to anyone. Their sales tactics are misleading, their customer service is terrible, and they exploit customers with hidden costs.
