On Air Tv ****mers

Bought my decoder from. On Air 2 years ago. The subscription was R179 per month. 2 year period is over, but they are deducting R79. 00 from my Acc. for something I definitely did not sign up for. Numerous efforts to contact them have been unsuccessful. Today one of their sales operators contacted me to offer me a newer package. I queried the R79. 00 deduction, she said it was an insurance for the rescue box. I told her I knew nothing about a Rescue Box, and asked if she could cancel the deduction. She gave me a number to contact. When you phone this number, they ask you to select the relevant buttons for tech. support etc. No matter what number you select, it does not ever go through, it just keeps on repeating, press 1 for...... On Air is ****ming people for their hard earned money. Stay away from dealing with these ****mers. I had to block payment to them via my Bank, who charged me R85. 00 for their services!!!!!!
