On AIR TV ****med me.

I was called by a consultant her name is Nontobeko from On Air Tv, she told me they have a special for Dstv Explora ultra decoders raging for only R259-00 for 24 months,she didn't explain to me that it doesn't include the Dstv packages. She explained to me as if the R259 included the Dstv package as well. I agreed , gave them my banking details and the date in which they can deduct the debit . The package arrived the first thing I noticed after opening the package was the box that the decoder was in was already tampered with it was not in a new condition..when I call the MultiChoice to create a profile they tell me the decoder is already under someones name Mr Gadebe .. meaning On Air TV sell Pre owned decoders to customers.. called On Air call centre multiple times to inform them all they say is will look into it..even the debit date arrived and they deducted their money while the decoder I'm not even USING IT!!... ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK AND THEY SHOULD COME FETCH THEIR Decoder AND CANCEL ME FROM THEIR SYSTEM PLEASE... IM TIRED OF BUSY GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM..
