On air TV is damaging my credit record

Their service is pathetic. They have been harassing my wife and I since last year, 2020. They did not debit my account but now they are making it seem like it is my fault. I even asked them to do a double deduction which they refused. They told me that it was impossible. Then they told me that I should deposit the money in the bank which I could not do due to the pandemic. They sent me a link to transfer using the credit card which did not work. It can redirecting me to their whatsapp number. Then then started harassing me with the endless phone calls. Then my wife transferred the money to the account they sent her. On the very same month they debited my account the same amount that my wife had transferred to them. I then reversed debit because my wife had already paid them. Today 23 of March 2021 they still want me to pay the same amount which my wife has already paid and told me that they are going to tarnish my credit record. May you please assist me.
