On air tv is a night mare

Yoooo on the 4 January 2022 i was called by on air tv agent and she told me that my dstv is the old one then i have to change to the new dstv explorer for the amount of R200 and they told me that they will send the installer to my place to come and install the dstv then booom they send me the contact number of the installer and the number is not working the ather one it was answered by the old woman from limpopo and the old woman doesnot even know wht is the installation On the 14 January i paid R200 to the acc they provided to me telling my self that maybe they can come and install this decoder Ive been trying to call on air tv the agent that i got Friday 21 January 2022 told me that the will allocate another installer for me how can report the matter to there hard office if they have if they dont have how can i return back there decoder coz at the end of the day the will end up saying im owing them money for something i did not use
