On Air Tv is a misliding ****ming company

This company is a ****ming business. Samkelisiwe numerously called my mom to sell her the explora package. She said it included WiFi(we don’t have to buy or pay wifi separately), Netflix Disney and showmax, catchup and the Dstv packages. Everything is included on the R259 fee. We won’t pay extra fees. That was on 18 July 2024. The explora got delivered on 23 July 2024, we tried to activate it and Dstv said they don’t work with OnAir and after seeing that a lot of people we call are saying different things, that’s when I tried to get clarity on what this fee included. It was different from what samkelisiwe told my mother. We called again and Mthobisi told us the truth that we only paying for the explora box. Then everything else is an extra fee. Everything we were told about this explora thing was a Lie. This company sells lies. I hate them omg. They must come and fetch their explora. We don’t want it. Cancelling is R350 on top of that. They mislid and misinform for sales. They are evil omg. I hope Amelie gets her karma
