ON Air TV is a bad as ****

Sale agent sold me lies. As soon as I gave my banking details she couldn't care less what happens after. They don't care how you go about getting the DSTV decoder installed. Her exact words were just unplug the old one and plug in the new one. It's not that simple. I received No assistance from ON AIR TV. I then decided to cancel the contract still within the "cooling period".... this was in July 2023. It's the 4th of October 2023 and I'm still waiting for my refund. Moral of the story don't agree to buy on the phone. Worst decision.💔
