ON AIR TV is a ****

This company is a ****, they are busy sending me messages that Im owing them , when I know exactly I don't owe them anything, 1stly they were deducting R179 x 2 claiming that the other R179 is for On air plus which I know nothing about and they refused to pay me back those premiums, just last month they sent me a whatsapp claiming I was owing R358 which I then made an EFT, now they send me another whatsapp claiming I owe them R719 , they staff is so rude, and when I told them to cancel the stupid deal they told me I cant cancel mxm, and their stupid Streamer is affecting my credit score, how can I mess my credit score just for R179, I am so bored with them and they promised me 2 movie tickets every month for 24months but nothing all they know is claiming that we owe them, I regret taking their deal, they don't even deserve to get that 1 star
