My name is Tasneem Samie and I was sold a DSTV decoder last year November 2023 under false pretenses. I stay in an apartment block and was not advised that the Decoder will not work if you stay in an apartment block as our DSTV Dishes are shared amongst the fellow residence. I terminated the contract shortly after establishing this issue with connection and returned the decoder however On Air has listed me with the Credit Bureau for a loan amount of R5497.00. This is appearing on my credit score and impacting me negatively. Please cancel and remove this with immediate effect.

Please resolve this matter urgently, alternatively, I will take you to the ombudsman.
