ON AIR TV HORRIBLE ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT.

I have been listed 5 months as a default payer by ON AIR TV although I have been paying them via debit order since opening the account. I have been dealing with this problem since June 2024 when I first noticed that I have been listed as defaulting on my accounts. After numerous phone calls they could not rectify this, as a company they seem to be unable to manage their accounts department.
