ON-AIR TV HARASSMENT TO PAY THEM FOR NO SERVICES RENDERED

I wanted to share my experience with other customers

From the onset of Lock down ON AIR TV and a company called MBD harassed me, threatened me with law suits, phoned me, emailed me and SMS'd me to force a payment for services I am not using.

I read the other reviews online and I was also ****med like that, but his was I think two years ago. I even went into the MultiChoice offices physically to cancel all of their 'supposed' services. If I say harassing I am serious: Probably 3-4 times weekly. I phoned MultiChoice again, I emailed OnAir TV and MBD again, no reply, only legal threats. Now I just had it. I am stating it in a public forum now,

TAKE ME OFF YOUR LISTS I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH ON AIR TV, NOTHING. I DID NOT BUY A DECODER FROM YOU. I CANCELLED THIS SERVICE MORE THAN TWO YEARS AGO IN PERSON AT A MULTICHOICE OFFICE. THEY PHONED YOU IN FRONT OF ME AND CANCELLED. Since you do not reply to my emails, I truly hope you will reply to this one.

All other DStv customers, be careful of these On AIR people.
