On Air TV false advertising and sales

I was sold an explora ultra with a promise that I would come with the DSTV selected channel I want to watch and can select witch channels to watch. They delivered the explora and I called them to ask when will my channels be activated and they said after my debit order was paid. My debit order date came and they debited my account and the channels were still in active I called them and was told the order was for the machine only and they will investigate and listen to the recording and get back to me after 20 days of which didn't make sense as I was sold a lie
