On Air TV ... Don't trust. They're not part of Multi Choice

This is a ****. Seran contacted me; posing part of Multi Choice and presenting them as a third party. Said that i have to take the new latest decoder for R319 for 24 months, and it will come with all the channels ... He said my Explora Ultra decoder will stop working. I immediately contact DSTV and they notified me that there's no such thing as a new decoder on the market, I currently have two of the latest models currently connected. I contacted On Air and told them to cancel this **** with immediate effect. Only to find that they already raised a debit order and that this decoder will be delivered nevertheless. I contacted them 3 times to cancel this order by phone, send an email and reply to their WhatsApp number. Still no cancellation processed. They keep on telling me that they will be sending a confirmation SMS that it's cancelled... day 3 now, and nothing... I didn't even give them concent to go ahead with the debit. Look out people this is a ****. Multi Choice is a very respective business & I've been dealing with them for years now. However they need to do something about these *****sters using their good name, services and products to **** people.
