On air TV dodgey debt

I signed a debit order with them. At some point I realized they deducted twice. I reversed the second deduction. I have been paying through EFT. I have just received a message I should pay R550 with immediate effect. I don't understand cause I once sent statements to them. Can I be clarified about this.
