On-air Tv debited by account even though it has been fully settled

My account was fully paid up on 05 May 2023, but I was not receiving a monthly statement from them. Now, when I called them to check my outstanding balance, I was told that my account was settled last year, but they have been debiting my account each and every month.

I tried calling them today and spoke to two consultants who confirmed that my account had been settled. However, when I asked about them refunding my money that they debited ********ly, they kept me hanging on the phone for more than 18 minutes and then hung up the call.

My reference is ***, and in my bank statement, they are referenced as (***) On Air (OA***5-1RB).

Please pay back the money, I want my refund for a period of 12 months
