On air TV

I have bad experience with this people they call my father regarding our DSTV upgrade on 24march 2020 and my father agree with them to upgrade our DSTV they have come an install it in April they deducted my fathers account in March and we did not have the staff April they install the new DSTV they deducted April till know the thing is not sorted out we don't have access to catch up I send email I am trying to call them they just don't respond to us I am feedup with they service
