On air TV/ connect ****
On air connect/ TV has been taking my money and they refuse to refund it. I canceled the contract three months ago and they told me to pay R400 to cancel, I paid the money but they are still taking R299 monthly from my account. I can't dispute it on my bank because it's debicheck. When I call they always promise to refund but they do not refund. They owe me over R1000 now. I need help getting them to stop taking my money and refunding what they already took.
