On Air TV box

An agent contacted me with an unbelievable offer from On Air, a dstv streaming nox with free Showmax fir a year & a whole lot of vouchers & other perks including a free dim & R50 sirtime for only R179 per month. I. The 14th June a double instalment of R179 went off as well as an amount of R149 for Safe base which I had not agreed to, being a total of R328 over & above the R179.. I called & complained & requested a refund. I was called back a week later saying I agreed to this & cannot be refunded., which is absolute nonsense! I told them to go back to the phone recordings. Nothing was done about this & they stole my money. The call agents are misleading & make it sound like everything is included in the R179, this is daylight *******. The streaming box is also not good quality & takea long to load with limited apps to access. I have to unplug it every time to restart it, before it works. Don't do budiness with these people who are affiliated with DSTV, they are a bunch of sharks!!
