On air TV

In the past I complained that Onair TV is turnishing my name in the credit world because they published me as having missed payments even though I paid.

I now on 8 August have settled my account with them because I don't want to continue with them but still they have debited my account even though I sent them proof of payment so that they must close my account. Still they haven't closed it and they are still debiting my account.
