On air Tv

I was contacted three weeks ago by On air TV consultant. They claims that they were from multichoice and because I have been a loyal client and also they have realised that I still use the ol decoder. All which was truth,my decoder was old I have been loyal DSTV customer. I was advised that they will offer me Explorer 3 with its benefit for a fee of R159 per month for 24 months. We agreed on that. They then asked for my account details which I refused and told them that is I'm already Dstv subscriber and pay via debit order, why they still want my account. That was then they changed their story that actually they are working under multichoice. To cut the long story: I agreed to give them my account details because my personal information was already compromised by multichoice. I personally believed that multichoice already gave them my bank details and they just wanted me to confirm. I then received the Explorer and the courier guy told me that he receives lots of complaints when delivering the items as customer we told that it will be installed when it was delivered. I was also told the same story that it will be installed. It has been a week since it was delivered and not installed. I sent query to on air tv regarding installations. I was contacted by one of their agents shortly:to my surprise they contacted me to sell me the same thing. I then informed the agent that I logged a query with regard to installations. He then claims that on the system it doesn't show as there was a glitch. He assured me that he will get hold of their dispatch department regarding installations and they will contact me by COB. I didn't receive any call. I then checked their reviews which I was very concerned about the number of negative feedback regarding poor service and false information. I totally agree with the rest of complainants that this is ****. Multi choice is also not coming to the party as they are aware of this complains. Can someone contact me to sort this mess ASAP. No debit order will go through until this is sorted out.
