On air tv are cheats !!!

On Air tv did a sales call to my husband on 03/02/2016, offering him the upgrade to the DSTV EXPLORER, which my husband had accepted.<br> <br> It was mentioned to him that the fee for this would be R149 per month, as Nothing additional, no extra fees or anything for any other services, as that we already had the PVR functionalities already activated according to the sales consultant from ON AIR TV. My husband confirmed with the sales consultant: \ are you sure I'm not going to pay for any recordings on the new explorer\", to which the sales consultant confirmed there will be no additional charges. Now we are being charged an extra R80 for the recording facility. To top it all, my husband requested the audio recording of the sales and we received per email a transcript of a call... Needless to say what was written in the transcript was definitely not what was discussed in the conversation my husband had with the sales person... On air tv actually deleted and copied and pasted parts of the conversation!!!! Utterly disgusting !!!! To date no manager has even contacted us to discuss the issue and rectify the problem."
