On air tv and their promises to swap the decoder

<p>I have done a deal with on air tv switching my sd pvr right from the start i had problems with the refurbished decoder.I contacted them on 17 July and they promised to swap the decoder.One of the management would have contacted me within 3 to 5 working days.That never happened we are now at 12 days.Phoning in to speak to the customare care consultants you get the idea that they are arrogant and dont care</p> <p> </p>
