ON AIR TV ****

The company On Air TV is targeting older persons with their **** of " A decoded for only R279" No mention is made that it is a 2 year contract ( over 24 months) or that their new decoder does not work with an existing DSTV Satellite dish or that a totally new dish has to be installed for the decoder to work. As well as their support insurance at R149 per month is not mentioned. Sounds to good to be true - it is too good to be true. It is a ******* . My husband who has been deprived of TV for 4 months though that this would allow him to have TV again. Only for me to double check and enlighten him as to the hidden costs involved. To cancel this is another thing entirely. Numerous emails have been sent to ***, *** informing them that the order is cancelled and for the address where the decoder may be returned to in vain. A cancellation fee of R410 has been paid directly to them and proof of payment forwarded to them on three different emails. Still the only response is for the POP to be sent ihn PDF format., still no address. A total **** please be aware of this.
