Today I called onair tv to request for my paid up letter after I settled my account with them last year and I was to I will get it in 7 -14 working days I spoke to a lady by the name of Thabiso. I don’t understand why did not get the letter last year , instead I got a call from their sales team today offering me an upgrade on my explorer meanwhile I made it clear I want nothing to do with them this company is desperate for business, this is not on I hope other customers can expose this company .Reference number ***
