ON AIR TV

hi , I have account with on air tv , they were on special I took two explorer with amount of R139.00 each , I give them my banking to debit every month they only debit for one explorer , they handed over my account to MBD , im not happy with their service , there is money in my account , secondly it very difficult to get hold of those people you call the on their call centre you will hold for ages. here is my account number with them : Oa-***/Oa-*** , end of January they debited R417.00 and they debit again R139.00. whos fault , im battling to get hold for your call center . they must come and get their explorer .
