On air TV when I did business with them they stated that they don't have a debit date for the 27 th as that is my pay day then we agreed on the 30th, now they are always trying to or debiting on the 25/6/7 and. Don't find money at times as I don't like I've called several times rectify the dates but, nothing happens. All they are good at is not answering the phones my number
