ON AIR TV

This is the worst company ever. They do not answer emails, and when they do it is extremely delayed and the information is not updated. My bank account details have changed, as I have placed myself under debt review after COVID. I have tried to update it. Only when cancelling the debit order with my bank, they contacted me. I have paid the money owed to them, yet, it had been R566 too much. Even though I have said to them they have not taken all payments into consideration. They have refunded me, but paid it into my old account, that is under debt review. So now I loose that money too.

I have phoned them, and explained and they are beyond economical repair retarded. Yet, they phoned me persistently to take up the offer to pay the DSTV HD decoder off, after I have said no. They phoned me on three different numbers.

I advise any one who might be considering them, AGAINST IT!!!!!!
