ON AIR SELLS LIES , ITS A ****!!!!!

I was sold a streamer for a 12 month contract, all the promises were never meet. 1. Streamer Decoder still not working after 6 month since it was delivered. 2. On Air is still deducting from my account monthly with fail. 3. The 4 promised monthly movie ticket i never received the link. 4. I have tried several time to get hold support but NO response. Every one at call center sound confused and clueless about the product installation etc. 5. I HATE On Air ..
