On air selling lies not packages

They sold me an product and informed me that I'll only have to pay the amount given by them for 24 months and my normal Dstv package will be included in this particular deal. Which is not true, the package they sell is separate from your existing Dstv package.

I contacted Dstv regarding on air and they confirmed that they do tell clients that it's included but it's not, as this agent of Dstv informed me that I'm not the only one whom contacted them about this package deal of on air.

When they contacted me about payment, I spoke to one of the agents at on air and explained my situation and said they will look into it but up until today they have not came back with proof that they informed me that I'm in the wrong about what was sold to me.

Instead they send me billing documents and outstanding balances but never any proof of this situation
