On Air ******** my mother

This company is messed up. They debit my mom's account without her consent. They delivered the decoder at a tavern, she did not sign for it and they did not install it. My mom does not stay at a tavern, their excuse was that they could not find her house. Funny enough the installer never called to say they cannot find the address. My mom got a call from the tavern owner that some company left something for her, but every month they debit her account twice nogals. All she wants now is for On Air to come collect their stupid decoder and cut all ties with her. I also had an account with them, never again! what a **** man!
