Their service is poor and I'm beginning to wonder if they actually have offices. I've been trying to get a hold of them since Monday and still no response from them. My wife accidentally overpaid them and we have been unsuccessfully trying to get them to refund the excess money that was paid to them but it seems they have disappeared into thin air, excuse the pun. They are ****** and someone needs to expose them because when they want you to sign up for their contracts they will constantly harass you until you give in but when you require their assistance they have vanished...I'm beginning to think that she won't even get her money back from these ********.
