On Air NEVER EVER TAKE A CONTRACT WITH THEM THEY ARE BULLIES, ****S, and *****STERS

1) ******* cold calling, 2) insistent sales person, 3) sold a product not meeting our requirements, 4) on delivery advised them that since the decoder is not dual view we would like it returned and the contract cancelled, which process they said at point of sale, is seamless and easy, 5) they advertised the contract for less on their website than selling it over the phone for, 6) they refused to cancel and did not provide the details to make payment for the cancellation 7) they left it for a month did not collect the decoder, did not phone back despite saying they would investigate and revert 8) they then put a debit order through which I returned 9) I then get a demand saying my credit record will be affected. They are ****s, bullies, *********** and use threats to try and continue with this behaviour. No one responds to submissions on the website, no-one responds to emails, no-one returns calls when they say they will, no-one responds to the whatsapp line. Complete *****STERS.
