On Air must go Off Air

Bought satelite dish and decoder from On Air, they appoint an installer who did not complete the installation, installer activates Extra View and I get billed. Two On Air agents refuse to assist and disconnect me and keep referring me to Multichoice. This has NOTHING to do with Multichoice but everything about On Air and their approved-installer who activated without my consent.
