On air multichoice dstv

I received a call two weeks back from multichoice dstv. In their words, they were rewarding me for being with them...and they were offering me dstv explora, I will only pay R119 per month. At first I was resistant but the caller managed to convice me. They already had my details the only thing they wanted was my banking details. I told them that they already have my banking details because I use to pay them via debit order. They said because I cancelled my debit order option , they no longer have banking details, so I gave them, they promised to deliver 2 decoders because I pay for 2 dstvs. Today I received one decoder. So I decided to call multi choice to find out what happened. Only to be told that multi choice dstv know nothing about my enquiry. They asked how much am I going to pay, I told them R119.... Then they told me that I was contacted by On Air not dstv. On air is a different company. I feel so betrayed, how can these people mislead me like this. I want nothing to do with this on air nonsense, i really can not be in a contract with people who lie. If they can lie about who they are how much more can they lie about? I have their decoder I dont want to use it, there is no installation lation yet. Please help
