On air misleads people, avoid taking their calls.

I was misled by on air, they firstly called to offer me a decoder, i rejected the offer, they then called again and i asked if the multichoice will be pricelocked they said yes giving me the impression that when i pay for DSTV i would have already paid for their decoder, I disputed and asked for the recording because i know what i have said they then said they cant give me the recording they will listen to it and come back to me. later on i was listed with ITC credit bereau flagged for being a bad payer of debts. Now i had to pay them all their money in a lampsum but i was still appearing to be owing even after 4month with arears going up. when i followed up with experian only to find that their request was rejected and they never followed up. i called them almost every month asking them and they were saying it is done, now today i follow up they again confirm it is done phumlile the consultant i spoke to says the manager has updated and i can check with XDS now but another consultant tells me about waiting another month, i do not encourage people to even take their calls. they render bad seervice, they mislead people and quick to blacklist people i dont have credit i buy on cash but now that i want a house its a problem because of this on air thing. it is over 4 months now i cant wait another month to be removed from ITC ASAP
