On Air messing with peoples credit profiles

They claim that i am 2 months in arears, no statement, no communication in this regard, nohting. I pick it up on my Credit Profile and I am furious. I have contacted them to ask for this information and want to settle this account right away. They are messing up our credit profiiles and we cannot allow this. I will not recommend anyone to sign a contract with them. STAY AWAY from them.
