On Air ****mers

I received a phone call from one of OnAir TV's tele-reps. At the time I had (still have) DStv which I have had for many years but and had 2 separate satellite dishes. The rep was trying to sell me a DStv decoder which I did not need as I had the Explora. I asked that if I bought the decoder they were offering would I be able to connect it to the second dish and run both TV's under my current contract. They assured me that this work so I agreed to buy one on a monthly plan. 1) The fact is it does not work. They have nothing to do with DStv and I was conned into the deal. I can operate either my old decoder or the On Air one, but not both. 2) The are charging a data subscription which I did not agree to!

I have paid over a Thousand rand so far but now refuse to pay a cent further. I have asked them to communicate by email, but nothing happens. Of course, now they come with their threats.

Do not be conned by these ******. They are ****s and ****mers.
