ON AIR IS *********** CUSTOMERS

One of the ON AIR consultant called me and tell about their specials of double decoders and they way she said I was interested. She said they will bring two explorer decoder with installation. So the first week of December 2019 I think it was the 4th the installer came to install. Their decoder was not playing at all and I called the DSTV multi serve to connect the explorer but instead of playing after talking to DSTV consultant then the whole channels were cut off altogether. The TV was blank not playing at all. the next called ON AIR asked them to cancel the whole thing. And come and take their decoders I don't want them anymore because their business did not work for me. The consultant told me when the installation is done they cant take it back. I must pay for the whole contract. I told them cancellation of any contract when is within 7 to 14 days is valid there is nothing they can do about it. From that time they were quite until I see debit order on bank statement on the 25/01/2020. I did revers it and stop
