On air is ridiculous and a money making scheme

On air called me and mislead me by portraying that they are from DSTV and sold me a product for a contract of 2 years but it came out it’s not what they sold me telephonically..

I have requested them to come collected and several occasions and they are not even about it.. The call agents there are so rude and careless. I had to call more that 6 times with different people in less that 30 minutes yesterday and they all hang up the call in the process and when you call again to request for the previous person you called they will tell you that you cannot access that person.. so you keep on explaining the same thing to different people who later hangs up in the middle of the call and they claim ‘their lines are not good’ . So I had to request for their senior person’s email address to escalate the matter and Shanice( the rep) told me that there do not have any.. So basically if I am not getting a joy from their services I have nowhere to go I must just stay frustrated. On the other hand they are harassing me and sending me threats that my account is in arrears and they will take further legal action if I don’t pay, what the HECK????? What am I paying for exactly? I have not used their services, actually they are failing to come collect their delivery as agreed.

The below is the mail I sent to them: Please come and collect your decoders from our premises and stop playing the Mickey Mouse game. We have agreed that you will come collect since last year ( records kept from the day we lodged a call) and to date there hasn’t been any collection made.

I spoke to Lethu two weeks ago and he indicated that they have arranged for collection yet I’m receiving threats and accusations that my account is in errears , which errears precisely? We have not used your services..!!

We called in yesterday and spoke to Shanice who confidentially told us that there are no records of me requesting for a collection of the decoder yet on the other hand Lethu confirmed that the collection has been arranged. What kind of a company is this ? Are we dealing with two different companies that fails to convey one message? Pls put your house in order.

The very same shanice failed to give us the contact details/ an email address that I may use to escalate the matter she told us that they do not have any escalation system in place and she hanged up. ( We starting to question your company’s services). This simply means that if we have to raise our unsatisfactory/ unprofessional services from On Air we are not being given a platform to.

We will not leave this here.. We will knock on all possible doors until this matter is resolved..!!

WE DO NOT WANT YOUR DSTV DECODERS..!! PERIOD.!! Don’t force them to us.
