On Air is a ****!

I have not been able to reach any " On Air "staff by email, WhatsApp or telephonically. I was contacted by an on air agent advising me that my PVR would soon become obsolete and that i would get two explora's for R119 each for this 24 month contract. I thought it was a good deal and I agreed on an 24 Month contract with them. The contract has now come to an end and yet they continue debiting my account and i would like a refund. I have spent hours on the phone just trying to get through to them and to no avail. After trying to contact them on the Whatsapp number and sending them E mails i have decided to post this complaint here.
